Welcome, Blackstar supporters! We're thrilled to have you as part of our community and appreciate your incredible support.
These terms ensure a fair and positive environment for everyone. Please read them carefully.

General Conduct & Community Standards:

  • Respect and Positivity: Our community thrives on respect. Always engage constructively and avoid personal attacks, harassment, discrimination, or any form of hate speech towards individuals or groups.

  • No Sabotage or Group Attacks: Any attempts to disrupt, sabotage, or organize attacks against our community, its members, staff, or our projects (including our maps, gameservers, or Discord) will result in immediate and permanent removal from all associated perks and platforms.

  • Adherence to Rules: All members must adhere to Black Star's map rules, our general Discord server rules, and Discord's Terms of Service at all times.

Custom Content & Asset Guidelines

All custom content benefits, including Pictures, Posters, Billboards, Product Placement, Custom Avatar Textures, and any other personalized assets, are subject to mandatory staff review and approval.

Content Restrictions

We maintain a strict policy against

  • NSFW (Not Safe For Work) Content: No explicit, suggestive, or otherwise inappropriate material.

  • Low-Effort or Spam: Content must demonstrate reasonable effort and purpose. Avoid spam, repetitive submissions, or content clearly intended to annoy or disrupt. This includes low-effort memes, random imagery, or unreadable text.

  • Personal Attacks & Defamation: Content that targets, harasses, insults, or defames individuals, groups, or the Black Star Society will not be approved.

  • Illegal or Harmful Content: Anything promoting illegal activities, self-harm, violence, or discrimination is strictly prohibited.

  • Product Placement Optimization: For product placement benefits, any 3D models of your products must be properly optimized with a reasonable poly count and material usage to ensure smooth performance on our maps. Unoptimized assets may be rejected.

  • Product Quality & Reports: If your advertised product is repeatedly reported by multiple users, with verifiable proof, as being defective, misleading, or having significant issues, your advertising permissions may be revoked at our discretion.

Perk Removal & Non-Refund Policy

  • Any VIP/Patreon perk, including roles, access to exclusive areas, custom content display, or gameserver benefits, can and will be immediately revoked if you are found to be in breach of Blackstar's map rules, our Discord Terms, or if you engage in personal attacks, sabotage, or any other actions detrimental to our community.

  • It is crucial to understand that all Patreon subscriptions are non-refundable. Your contributions directly support the development and maintenance of our community and projects. Therefore, if any perks are removed due to a violation of these terms, no refunds will be issued for your current or past subscription periods.

Your Responsibility

You are responsible for the security of your Discord and Patreon accounts. Report any unauthorized access immediately.
